How we research, write and keep our pages up to date.
Our goal
Every page should help you rent a car with fewer surprises: where to find the desk, what to bring, what the price includes and how to drive safely in Thailand.
Where our information comes from
- Supplier facts (desk location, opening hours, phone numbers) come from each rental company's own location page.
- Airport facts come from Airports of Thailand, the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand and reputable news sources.
- Road rules come from official sources and established driving guides.
- Ratings are averages based on verified customer feedback and are only displayed once there are enough reviews.
Every page lists its sources in the "About this page" box at the bottom.
What we will not do
- Present estimated prices as guaranteed – car-type prices are always marked "from approx."
- Copy rental companies' logos or marketing text.
- Let commission affect what we write about a supplier.
Updates and corrections
We review pages regularly and show the last review date on each page. If you find a mistake, please contact us and we will correct it.
How we make money
We earn a commission when you book through our site. It never changes the price you pay. More about our business model.
